Lovely photos! I love your neck of the woods. As you probably know, that last one is a fine look at the 'Oregon" race of the dark-eyed junco. We have the "slate-colored" race nesting a second time this summer in our garage now.
Wow, that really is a gorgeous place. I especially like the picture of the boats.
@wingshade - Yes I did know, thanks! And did you know that a couple of centuriesago, Oregon actually extended all the way up to where I live? So the fact that it's an Oregon junco seems quite appropriate... if slightly out of date.
And this corner of Ohio used to be Connecticut. Wish the Connecticut warbler would pay me a visit so I can get it on my list!
